We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join our Management team. The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of our office premises at each of our sites in Dewsbury, Horsforth, Selby, Penistone, Wakefield and Wetherby to allow the work of the company and directors.

Hours: Full time

Office Base: Flexible, from any of our sites. Will be needed to drive to all offices when required.

The ideal candidate

  • Highly organised and excellent written and oral communication;
  • IT literate – we operate a paper-lite system as part of our target to reduce our impact on the environment;
  • Car driver – clean licence and car required
  • A’ Level qualification / degree level an advantage

Skills and Experience

  • Project management skills and experience
  • Facilities manager skills and experience
  • Experience of purchase ledger
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment – desirable
  • Ability to train support staff across all branches in administrative functions.
