Field Service Technician
Field Based in North Manchester across the Bury and Bolton areas

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the proactive progression of the service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of customers' equipment, including revolving doors and security turnstiles, to ensure the highest possible standards whilst protecting the best interests of the company. You will attend numerous sites with Boon Edam products to maintain and service them both on a pre-planned and a callout basis
You will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers whilst promoting the products and services of Boon Edam
In addition, you may be required to work from a different regional base as requested by the Regional Service Manager. There will be the occasional need to stay away from home and be on standby for callouts overnight and on weekends. The successful candidate will need to be based in the North Manchester, Bolton or Bury area and must hold a full, clean driving licence.

Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes
Electro/Mechanical qualification is desirable but not essential
