Invenia Group is partnered with a European based organisation, specializing in manufacturing automated chemistry analyzers for various industries, including environmental, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and chemical laboratories. With over 55 years of experience, they have grown into a distinguished global organization with sales and technical support representation in over 80 countries.
Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Manchester area in the UK.
The role will involve the installation, training, maintenance, and repair of their analyzer product groups at customer laboratories.
Provide training to customers on analyzer operation and maintenance.
Perform routine preventative maintenance visits.
Respond to emergency call-outs and perform repairs as needed.
Bachelor of Science in chemistry or similar qualification.
Experience in a similar field-based role is desirable, but laboratory scientists interested in transitioning to a field-based role will also be considered.
Willingness to travel across the UK with regular overnight stays.
Willingness to attend initial training courses abroad.
Valid driving license is essential.
Flexible and adaptable.
