We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sustainability Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability, human rights, and gender equality. You will engage in various tasks that support the company’s mission and operations, contributing to meaningful projects that make a real impact.

Chasing for CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan) data.

Research and Analysis:

Conducting competitor research for leading global manufacturers of confectionery and food products, focusing on KPIs for human rights in the supply chain (e.g., Tracking client news and researching relevant legislative developments (e.g., Content Creation and Management:

Managing and posting content on LinkedIn, including announcements from the Living Wage Foundation, brands, Cascale/Rise.
Data and Communication:

Writing up HRM Playbook PM updates and sending them out via email each Thursday.

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree and/or experience in a related discipline (Human Rights, Business Administration, Sustainability, Global Supply Chains).
Excellent attention to detail and rigor in producing high-quality work.
Hybrid Working:One day a week in Winchester.
Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential for this role.
