Reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules and working closely with other team members to ensure these are met

Providing guidance to project teams on contract issues and requirements
Applicants should have extensive contracts management experience gained within the Construction Industry. This should incorporate Groundworks knowledge in addition to experience of working around live utilities. Sound commercial acumen is essential, supported by a solid understanding of costs, outputs and CVF's.
