As a Student Engagement Executive, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for onboarding prospective students onto our diverse range of qualifications across various study modes. From the initial inquiry stage to enrolment, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all enquiries, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. Your role involves providing valuable advice and guidance to prospects to encourage signups.

Key responsibilities and roles:

  • Responding to enquiries through calls, emails, and other channels
  • Maintaining regular communication and following up with prospects
  • Attending virtual open evenings and promotional webinars
  • Participating in exhibitions and events to promote the organisation
  • Working toward company sales targets based on course signups
  • Utilising a CRM system to record all communications and details of prospective students
  • Creating and maintaining sales materials, including course information packs and quotations
  • Conducting competitor research

Job Type:

  • Full-time – 35 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary:
  • £23,000.00 per year
