Chief Operating Officer This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious operational leader with healthcare experience.

Our client are on a mission to reduce NHS waiting lists by providing specialist clinical services which expand capacity. You'll have the opportunity to shape the evolution of the organisation, taking the lead to implement robust and scalable systems and processes to maintain their excellent levels of service as they continue their rapid growth.


Ensure the efficient delivery of all support services, providing direct and indirect management of all non-clinical functions.
Experience with in a scaling-up company, ideally during a period of system and process development / implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track-record of building strong stakeholder relationships with a variety of individuals
Sound financial skills with the ability to read and interpret financial data.
Experience in commercial contract management, ideally including funders of healthcare, with experience of NHS standard contracts.
Proven success in driving change to support growth – e.g. efficiency/ optimisation activities or implementation of new processes and/or IT systems
Line management experience, including recruitment, selection and development of staff
Note, the role is based at our client's office in Redditch, so it's essential that you're able to commute there each day. There will also be occasional travel to client sites, so you'll need a full driving license.
