Senior Reporting Director, Marketing Intelligence and Reporting, EMEA
Annalect is the data, technology, and analytics division of Omnicom. We help CMOs and their teams harness data, technology, and advanced analytics to grow their brands. We have built a variety of innovative product and specialist service solutions for clients and agency partners. We build and maintain the Omni platform which gives agency and client teams access to these capabilities as well as the ability to integrate and combine their own data and technology with Omni.
Omni has over 30,000 active users and is recognized in the industry as a leading marketing platform. We continuously innovate the platform to ensure our clients stay ahead of their competitors in data-driven marketing. Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in NY, London, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional relationships with clients led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.
The Marketing Intelligence and Reporting, EMEA team is a globally integrated team that works very closely with the US-based Marketing Intelligence team and the Annalect India team to deliver scalable solutions at a global level.
To scope and deliver all Omni Data Ops and Reporting work for Omnicom clients, including:
Data Taxonomies design & maintenance
Data Governance and QA
Data Pipelines design & delivery
We are looking for a Marketing Intelligence and Reporting Senior Director, who will work on supporting the Head of Marketing Intelligence and Reporting, EMEA in scoping and delivering all team solutions for one or more of Omnicom’s clients.
Working closely with the Client Solutions team and SLT to raise challenges and/or opportunities for solutions to drive growth for the agency or to increase productivity across our teams.
Support the team to deliver data operations and reporting solutions globally for Omnicom clients by leading some client conversations as subject matter expert, and be responsible for successful scoping, execution, and delivery of the projects.
Maintain strong connections with other agencies and partner with Annalect’s global performance reporting teams to ensure all projects are appropriately priced, resourced, and teams are onboarded in a timely manner.
Be responsible for identifying and removing any blockers or risks in the projects.
Design solutions for data pipelines, data operations, reporting, and underlying data infrastructure as a part of project scoping.
Exert strong positive influence over the professional development of the entire team – leading a collaborative environment where teammates actively look to support and develop others and taking personal responsibility for this culture.

Participate in regular performance feedback and PDP sessions to ensure your role and performance goals are tracked regularly, as well as a well-defined development track is established for you.
Support in creating and delivering pitch content.
Minimum 8 years of experience in data operations, media operations, reporting, dashboarding, or a related business intelligence practice.
# Experience of working in marketing communication companies is highly desirable.
# Experience in campaign performance reporting or programmatic performance reporting is highly desirable.
# Strong commercial acumen with experience of writing proposals with a variety of pricing components including, but not limited to, FTE rates, offshore rates, third-party vendor costs, data infrastructure costs.
