Reporting to the Project Managers the JAMES Asset Manager will manage all client’s assets for all Swindon Projects through the clients Joint Asset Management and Engineering System (JAMES) IT system and accurate record keeping of KBR electronic records.
Responsible for accurately recording the transfer of client assets on issue from the Swindon equipment support facility.
Responsible for accurately recording receipts of client assets on first receipt or return to the Swindon equipment support facility.
Responsible for accurately recording all maintenance activities undertaken on client assets on return from maintenance team within the Swindon equipment support facility.
Provide accurate data to the Project Management Teams for client reporting purposes.
Ensure document control accountability for all KBR and equipment record books or forms.
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background with an understanding of military equipment.
