A consumer goods retailer in Leicestershire are recruiting for a Technical Author. If you’re looking for flexibility, creative freedom, and are passionate about making a real difference to customer experience – this is the job for you.

THE COMPANY

A people-focused business that creates some impressive products is looking for a Technical Author to join their NPD team and help improve their instruction manuals. You'll have a lot of creative freedom in this role to put your own stamp on things and give their user guides and data sheets a facelift. To do this, you'll have access to a great set of resources including Solidworks and Adobe suite, plus an in-house photography studio at your disposal.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience in technical writing for consumer goods. You will have experience using Solidworks and Adobe suite. Previous experience with product photography is desirable.
