Role Description
This is a part-time / task basis on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal located in Hounslow. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with UK immigration issues, preparing legal documents, and creating and managing visa applications. Additionally, the Immigration Paralegal will assist with other tasks required by the lawyer.
Qualifications
- Experience in UK immigration law and visas
- Strong knowledge of legal document preparation
- Familiarity with Immigration Law regulations and procedures
- Experience in dealing with legal procedures and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in a foreign language, knowledge of legal procedures related to administrative review, judicial review, and appeals, as well as management experience and excellent customer service skills.
