About the Role
Are you a skilled Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead with a dedication to providing exceptional care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead at a prestigious care home in Sevenoaks. With a competitive salary of £54,700 per year, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment committed to excellence in elderly care.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient running of the care home and create a conducive atmosphere for residents.
  • Interact with residents to meet their healthcare needs and resolve issues.
  • Report any health concerns and coordinate with healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Ensure meals are of high quality and meet dietary needs.
  • Complete and maintain residents' Care Plans.
  • Assess and review residents' social and health care needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and individualised Care Plans.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents and ensure effective handover at shift end.
  • Administer and document prescribed medications.
  • Maintain integrity in all dealings with residents' personal and financial affairs.
