Talent Acquisition and Management:
# Oversee the talent acquisition function
# Employee Engagement and Development:
# Lead the design and implementation of development and training programmes - ensuring we develop our team at all levels
# Foster career growth and advancement opportunities
# Performance Management:
# Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation processes
# Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
# Implement a rewards and recognition programme that aligns with company values
