A great?opportunity has arisen?for an Asset?Officer?to join the?Asset Investment?department?at Magna Housing.

You will be an enthusiastic and committed individual and work as part of?a multi-disciplinary team that works in?partnership with colleagues.?You will?assist in the?development of?survey programs?and analyse?and record property data.?You will also be responsible for providing administration support to the Asset Investment team.

The role & what you take care of:

  • To?ensure that our customers?are provided with a high level of customer service?.
  • To ensure that our recording and reporting?of data is entered?correctly, thus maintaining?our compliance?requirements.
  • To assist the?Project?Managers and Surveyors in?delivering our?planned works and?cyclical program for our?customers.
  • You will produce and record performance information

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • You will ideally have knowledge ofthe?Housing and?Construction?sector.
  • You will be well organised and logical and be capable of concise and accurate work.
  • You will have great numeracy, IT literacy and?interpersonal?skills.
