Significant knowledge (degree or other appropriate qualification essential) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other relevant discipline Considerable demonstrable experience of leading design work in a similar manufacturing business Commercial experience e.g. negotiation techniques, supply chain management, volume manufacturing, customer relationship development, etc. Conceptual, analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to take technical lead and mentor engineers, relevant to area of expertise.
