The Holburne Cafe is looking for a Head Chef to join the team. The café serves a selection of sandwiches, toasties, and hot lunches and as head chef you'll be responsible for overseeing service, designing, and developing menu items, stock, and ordering, managing GP, and delivering great quality, exciting dishes consistently.

As our head chef you'll also help to design and execute a full events menu, catering for functions of all sizes including corporate events, weddings and more.

The job provides sociable working hours, with the cafe being open from 10:00am to 4.30pm.

There is excellent room for creativity as we are hoping to make the hospitality offer something this incredible venue can be famous for, and you'll benefit from a whole host of support from the wider Graysons executive team. Career opportunities with our growing business are excellent for the right candidate.

Naturally, experience as a chef is required, but aside from that, we are looking for someone really looking to make a mark in this iconic local venue.

Pay is up to £30,000 per annum, with room to grow with the business, and you'll also receive a host of Company benefits.
