The Person...
We are looking for experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own department or club, with an understanding about the levels of service needed to make their business a success.
Ideally you have worked in high end club management before and have a real passion for it. You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Sales experience is ideal with this being a presale role and we are looking for people from club management, fitness management and operations management backgrounds - who have worked within fast paced facilities.
