We're currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team at our head office in Sutton Coldfield. 
From handling employee grievances and conducting investigations to advising on disciplinary matters and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Previous experience in employee relations, HR, or related fields.
️ CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified or qualified through relevant experience. 
️ 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
