As an Energy Sales Consultant, you’ll engage various activities such as:
Cold calling potential clients and explaining the benefits of using NGP’s services and solutions – we want someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. Once you’ve generated the lead, you will work effectively with your closer who will be required to prepare tenders to our panel of 87 international energy suppliers and negotiate the best procurement contract for your clients.
Once you have started to build your client portfolio, you will act as their single point of contact – managing their accounts and monitoring your pipeline for renewal or further business opportunities.
You must comply with all policies & procedures.
You will receive a thorough onboarding process, where we will give you full industry and sales training – everything you need to onboard your first client. Experience working in the Energy sector (preferred)
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills – professional and articulate
Ability to work under pressure when needed and achieve sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment
