Role & Responsibilities of the Commercial Insurance Account Handler:

* Servicing accounts for both the new business and renewal process

* Managing inbound communications from clients and insurers, via telephone and email

* Respond to client queries and updating information accurately on the database

* About You as the Commercial Insurance Account Handler:

* Worked within a broker for at least two years dealing with commercial insurance products

* Risk aware in handling customer information

* 25 days annual leave plus your birthday

* An extra half a day each month so you don’t use holiday up on appointments and chores

* Health coverage - Spouse and children can also be added to the policy at a small cost
