Description

  • Provide leadership to the HR team and oversee all HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage HR projects and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Oversee performance management system and staff development initiatives.
  • Represent the HR department in internal and external meetings and consultations.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Manager should have:

  • Relevant degree or professional qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
