Account executive – collections/tracing £28-30k plus good commission structure Our client is a national business with offices across the UK. They provide debt and property recovery services for automotive businesses and this is an exciting opportunity for several account executives to join their growing team. THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, 2 DAYS IN OFFICE/3 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME (After training and probation). Due to the nature of the work undertaken you would need to have a clear credit record, no CCJs as the client will carry out a DBS check including references, proof of ID (Passport/birth certificate) and proof of address for the last 5 years. The role involves working within the Motor Finance Recovery’s department, mainly assisting an external team of Appointed Representatives in field-based vehicle recoveries and acting as an interface between them and your Clients and Customers. The role:
- Instructing caseloads to geographically Appointed Representatives
- Us a variety of resources to trace, check and locate customers, including Autotrace, Experian, social media, LinkedIn etc
- Vehicle checks using ANPR resources, Cazana etc
- Compiling vehicle reports – tracking, stolen, recovery etc
- Acting as a go between for Lenders and their customers once a case has been terminated using an understanding of FCA guidance
- Assessing and reviewing live caseloads to ensure a TCF based result for our lender
- Working with locally sourced external recovery companies and using skill to manage a budget to enable a profitable outcome for all stake holders
- Answering inbound calls and calling/texting/emails to customers
- As part of your role, you will be responsible for supporting and promoting their Quality Management System as guided by Senior Management
- Must have a good understanding of the FCA
- Ideally held a similar position within the Motor Finance Recoveries Industry either as a lender or collector
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
