Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie planen und steuern Großprojekte und Programme des Bereiches Informationstechnologie (IT) in hochkomplexem Handlungsumfeld oder übergreifenden Programmen sowie strategischen Initiativen mit bereichsübergreifenden Auswirkungen mit dem Schwerpunkt auf SAP Module (bsp. SAP Corporate Mortgage Loans, Deposit Management, Master Contract Management, SAP Payment Engine, SAP BP/GP)
  • Dabei vertreten Sie Ihr Großprojekt / Programm in Projektgremiensitzungen auf Vorstands- und Bereichsleiterebene (1. Führungsebene) und führen im Bedarfsfall Entscheidungen in diesen Gremien herbei. Sie lassen sich auch bei konträren oder widersprüchlichen Entscheidungen oder negativen Veränderungen von Rahmenbedingungen nicht frustrieren und sind in der Lage, ein konstruktives Zielbild für das Großprojekt / Programm zu entwickeln und glaubwürdig zu kommunizieren
  • Sie antizipieren Fragestellungen auf Organebene (Vorstand, Verwaltungsrat und dessen Ausschüsse), bereiten mögliche Reaktionen und Optionen vor und stimmen diese mit den Projekt-Stakeholdern ab. Sie entwickeln und bewerten mögliche Szenarien zum Projektverlauf und setzen ggf. vorbereitende Gegenmaßnahmen um
  • Sie führen Ihr Projektteam in fachlicher Verantwortung mit mehreren (Teil-)Projektmanagern und ggf. einem Projektmanagement-Office: Sie organisieren und steuern deren Verantwortlichkeiten in zugehörigen Teilprojektstrukturen und etablieren ein effektives Zusammenarbeit im Team (Teambuilding). Im Bedarfsfall verhandeln Sie umfangreiche Verträge und Beistellungen von (Key-) Providern und steuern deren Projektleistungen aktiv
  • Sie wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der Projektgovernance, Projektmanagementmethodik und Best Practices mit
  • Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung als verantwortliche Projektleitung von mindestens 10 Jahren mit Projekten, die Budget >€10m / Laufzeit >3 Jahre / >5.000 PT p.a. umfassten sowie idealerweise einer Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der IT (im regulierten Umfeld) idealerweise in einer Wholesale Bank mit umfangreichen Prozessanforderungen
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in Verhandlung und Management von Verträgen mit (Aufwandsbasiert, Werksverträge, Outsourcing)
  • Komplexe Sachverhalte erfassen Sie sicher und leiten aus ihnen die notwendigen Tätigkeiten oder Anforderungen ab
  • Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative zeichnet Sie genauso aus wie der Wille, gemeinsam mit Kollegen und Kolleginnen Themen voran zu treiben
  • Offenheit für Neues und die Motivation, Ihr Umfeld weiter zu entwickeln ist fester Bestandteil Ihrer Arbeitsweise
