Rewards & Benefits Manager/ Senior Manager

As a key member of the HR team, this role is responsible for creating an attractive and motivating work environment that enables the company to attract, retain, and engage the best talent for the business.
Create and communicate comprehensive reward policies, frameworks, and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
# Ensure that all incentive schemes are effective, reviewed, and updated regularly to motivate employees and drive business performance.
# Produce high-quality briefing materials to support pay reviews and bonus schemes, as well as accurate and reliable reward reports.
# Manage third-party providers, such as benefit providers and Occupational Health services, to ensure value for money and high-quality services.
# Ensure that all reward-related activities are compliant with relevant legislation and company policies.
# Lead by example, meeting company objectives and targets through effective leadership and management.
3-5 years of reward management experience
~ Competent in HR systems, including data and reporting;
