Are you a dynamic and motivated Reward Manager? Purpose of the role: You will play a crucial part in driving the company's success by developing and executing a reward strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and provides a compelling return on investment. As a key member of the HR team, this role is responsible for creating an attractive and motivating work environment that enables the company to attract, retain, and engage the best talent for the business. What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement effective reward strategies and solutions to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Create and communicate comprehensive reward policies, frameworks, and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external reward trends to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all incentive schemes are effective, reviewed, and updated regularly to motivate employees and drive business performance.
- Produce high-quality briefing materials to support pay reviews and bonus schemes, as well as accurate and reliable reward reports.
- Design, review, and update colleague benefit initiatives to enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
- Develop a robust process to ensure accurate and timely processing of central services payroll.
- Manage third-party providers, such as benefit providers and Occupational Health services, to ensure value for money and high-quality services.
- Ensure that all reward-related activities are compliant with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Lead by example, meeting company objectives and targets through effective leadership and management.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- 3-5 years of reward management experience
- Competent in HR systems, including data and reporting; able to create efficient reward business processes
