Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Growth and Management: Strategically enhance our social media presence, demonstrating proven success in building and managing social followings (Youtube, Linkedin, etc).
  • Growth Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Event and Podcast Management: Lead the organisation of events and podcasts, showcasing our brand’s dynamic character.
  • Lead Generation: Utilise marketing techniques, such as email marketing, events, content marketing, social media marketing, to generate leads, contributing to the agency’s growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform strategies and understand industry trends.
  • Campaign Management: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborative Projects: Engage with our passionate team, fostering a culture of creativity and mutual support.

Requirements:

  • Proven Branding Expertise: Experience in social media management, generating high quality leads and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Educational Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred but not essential.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Strong abilities in SEO, SEM, SMM and other digital and tradictional marketing channels.
  • Brand Ambassador : happy to be our brand ambassador and at the forefront of our marketing. Events, videos, blogs, podcasts etc
  • Creative and Analytical Thinking: A blend of creative flair and analytical acumen.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Competency in managing multiple projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Proven Track Record: Must have a proven track record of results, increasing leads for B2B company or Agency and followers/subscibers of social accounts/ newsletters.
  • Competitive Salary: Offering a salary of circa £40,000, depending on experience.

  • Hybrid and Remote Working: Flexibility with both remote working from home and hybrid office arrangement (2 days office per week).
