Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and technically adept Growth Engineer to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing Generative AI start-up, reporting directly to the CEO and founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and qualify sales leads.
  2. Communicate effectively with leads and ensure their timely onboarding.
  3. Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns targeted at leads.
  4. Regularly provide market feedback to enhance business strategies.
  5. Run A/B split tests with Firebase and Webflow, and optimize these based on the results.
  6. Set up and optimize Firebase Analytics and Amplitude to understand user journeys and improve customer experience.
  7. Collaborate with our design team to create and set up engaging landing pages.
  8. Incorporate referral loops into our marketing and sales processes to enhance customer acquisition.
  9. Actively post online across multiple channels to increase targeted organic lead generation.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to rapidly increase our revenues.
  11. Automate processes across the business to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on growth engineering or marketing automation.
  2. Strong technical skills, including experience with A/B split testing, Firebase, Webflow, Firebase Analytics, and Amplitude.
  3. Proficiency in automating business processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  6. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and video technologies will be advantageous.
