Commercial Litigation Partner
We are currently recruiting for a Partner to join our Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Litigation team.

The successful candidate will assist in leading the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Litigation team to service our existing clients and to expand and develop a new client base in this area. We are a firm who put people first in everything we do, meaning we are focussed on not only our clients but the development, success and happiness of all our staff. This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within and help lead a friendly and approachable team. property disputes, both residential and commercial
· They should have strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent clie3nt service, be enthusiastic about business development and lastly, they should have a following in excess of £150,000.

As well as being able to use cloud based document management and time recording systems the successful candidate will also have a good academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. The candidate will also be hands-on and interested in being involved in the management of the department.

You will be given early responsibility and opportunities to help develop client relationships and expand the department.
