Key Purpose:

We are seeking a Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team at SpinMe Solutions. In this role, you will be the link between our clients and our software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.

Report to: Head of Client Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our software solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of our software capabilities to effectively guide and advise clients on best practices for their photo studio workflows.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client concerns; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software performance, usability, and customization.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our software offerings.
  • Software Support and IT: Support clients by managing database changes, deploying system configurations, software installations and other business challenges as needed.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the product development, client relationship, and marketing teams to relay client insights and contribute to product development.
  • Team management: Manage and lead a team of support specialists to deliver excellent client satisfaction and go above and beyond to ensure the client requirements are met.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues, and prepare regular reports on account status and client satisfaction.
Experience & Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of Apple Mac and Windows Desktop OS including software installation and starting/stopping services.
  • Proven experience in client support, ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in support software such as Zendesk, and MS Office.

Working hours and location:
  • 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday
  • 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays.
