Lifeline Fire and Safety Systems Ltd are a leading manufacturer of fire and safety systems based in Coventry in the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced contractor to lead the successful implementation of a new Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system within our organization.
This is a minimum 3-month contract position responsible for the complete implementation of a new MRP system within our SME business. Partner with internal teams (Purchasing, Quality, Production) to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement through the MRP system.
Conduct data cleansing exercise to purge data and ensure clean data sets are migrated.
Develop and implement a comprehensive data migration plan to ensure accurate and complete information transfer into the new system.
Conduct thorough system testing to identify and resolve any potential issues before launch.
Support training delivery with vendor - material and programs for all end-users on the new MRP system functionality Dependant on time taken to implement.
Document system configurations and processes for future reference.
Strong project management skills.
Competitive hourly rate- Dependant on experience (Maximum Shown)
