Keltbray Infrastructure are recruiting for a Head of EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) who will be responsible for design & establishing best in class PMO strategy, methodologies, procedures, processes, standards and tools for business wide implementation.

The Head of EPMO oversees the process including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication and quality controls with the underpinning directive of delivering business improvements and the subsequent realisation of tangible and intangible benefits, this role will be central to delivering operational effectiveness and optimising the support across infrastructure.

The successful candidate will;

  • Experience of delivering large-scale projects and leading a Programme Management team through delivery in a complex environment
  • Leading a team in a programme and project environment to effect significant business change
  • Demonstrate PMO leadership skills, ideally in a scaling/large business
  • Developing business cases and providing robust business benefit realisation mechanisms
  • Production of high quality targeted and useful documentation, presentation materials and management information.
  • Technical experience in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or construction management role
  • Resource planning and control management
  • Cultural and organisation change principles and processes.
  • Successful management of a portfolio or programme with multiple deliverables, or a product (e.g a reporting suite) with multiple complex elements
  • Developing or contributing to training, and/or supporting materials such as documentation
  • Direct client-facing experience ideally in a position of responsibility
