In this role, you will be responsible for the design and management of Procode’s IT infrastructure and networks. You will ensure security, growth, and availability are included in all design and project work undertaken for Cloud, Server, Switches, Firewalls, and Storage deployments.
The primary responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and continuously improving support on both internal and client-facing IT infrastructure. This will involve on-premise and public cloud infrastructures including virtualization, servers, storage, networks, and telecom systems.
You will review our current environment's technical performance and availability, communicating the requirements and setting expectations to colleagues around the business, conducting infrastructure design, feasibility, and cost studies for solutions.
You will undertake IT project tasks and be available to work out of standard hours to support on-call and weekend requirements as per Infrastructure Support rota.
Your in-depth experience in the design and operational management of on-premise IT Infrastructure environments will be vital for success in this role. Your hands-on experience with Hyper-V, Windows and Linux operating systems, storage, and networking, will allow you to be productive from day one.
This role will involve on-call working on a 24/7 rota basis.
