Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Security Services or Facilities Management industry and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and market trends regularly to senior management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Security Services or Facilities Management industry in the UK.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
