We are looking for a confident, fun and vibrant Activities Coordinator to join our wonderful Fairmile Grange Care Home in Christchurch.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing events and activities catering to a range of interests, from arts and crafts, music sessions, physical exercises, to cognitive game for our wonderful residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, enjoys working with the elderly, is creative in coming up with engaging activities, and values the importance of enhancing the well-being of residents in a care home setting.
Helping and supporting residents as they participate in activities with the supervision of our Wellbeing Manager.
Have previous experience within a similar capacity (Care, Care Assistant, Support Worker.)
Have a creative flair with a range of practical skills e.g. arts & crafts.
Ability to assist with planning a calendar of activities.
20 per hour.
~28 days annual leave per annum inclusive of bank holidays.
