With fabulous offices based in the heart of London, this is a hybrid role working three days in the office and two from home. As part of this HR consultancy, you will work in partnerships with a number of consultants across various clients, supporting with general HR administrative work and on special projects . There really couldn't be a better environment to learn.

You will be working alongside HR Managers and Consultants providing admin support and being the first point of contact for clients’ day to day needs.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Shortlisting and administering psychometric tests
  • Employee lifecycle administration
  • Updating the HRIS and running reports
  • Supporting your manager with HR policies and procedures .
  • Administrative support of appraisals and training requirements
  • Providing key administrative and organisational support to the team
  • Answering general HR queries
  • Writing contracts and offer letters for new employees
  • Building relationships with people at all levels across the business
  • Dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Monitoring sickness and holiday requests
  • Coordinating and sending out training invites for all learning and development courses
  • Gathering and collating feedback from learning & development sessions
  • Assisting the team with various HR projects

To be a great fit for this company and succeed in this HR Assistant role, you must have meticulous attention to detail , be super- organised , enthusiastic, have great interpersonal skills and be ready to get stuck in. This role would ideally suit a high achieving graduate with 6 months plus HR experience who will need to be able to demonstrate a keen desire for a career in HR. Some customer focused experience is required and this could be a great transition from someone with recruitment experience to an HR career. There is the option available for support with CIPD qualifications.
