As the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager, reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will be instrumental in managing the promotional calendar and optimising the customer journey.
Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager
Hartlepool (hybrid)
Leading commercial decisions for website trading in line with the overall strategy, aimed at driving growth across all brands.
~Providing expert guidance on best practices for web trading and site experience.
~Collaborating with customer service, creative, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach across all channels.
~Preparing and presenting trading reports and analyses to senior stakeholders.
~Enhancing on-site search functionality and conducting competitor analysis.
~Leading a team within the ecommerce trading function.
~Partnering with development teams to improve website functionality and user experience.
