Corpay is currently looking for a Product Owner to join us at the forefront of digital innovation in the business payments sector. The product owner position sits within our Product Development team and falls under our European Fleet line of business. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Products and serve as a key player in our digital product team. This is a unique opportunity to influence the experience of thousands of customers directly, driving product excellence through data-driven insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. As a Director of Treasury Operations you will be expected to work in hybrid environment. As we accelerate on our digital transformation journey, we're seeking a dynamic Digital Product Owner to not only deliver but help revolutionise our mobile application experience, making it intuitive, efficient, and always best in class in the following manner:
Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager to articulate and refine the product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, value creation and excellence in delivering world-class mobile apps, participating in all team ceremonies including standups, planning, review and retrospectives.
Employ a customer-centric approach to translate user feedback and data analytics into actionable product improvements and feature developments
Look outwards, undertaking competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Oversee the entire app product lifecycle, from requirements gathering, ideation as well as user story and acceptance criteria creation, prioritising the backlog, ensuring quality and, delivering value frequently and incrementally
Champion usability testing initiatives, collaborating with UX/UI designers and engineers to refine and validate features before launch.
A minimum of three to five years in a digital product ownership or similar role, with a proven track record of success in mobile app development and cross-functional team leadership.
A passion for customer experience and a drive to create value through digital innovation.
Strong analytical mindset, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and a thorough understanding of lean and agile methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a creative approach to tackling complex challenges.
Technical acuity, with a keen interest in understanding the latest technologies and their potential impact on product development.
Commitment to quality, driving comprehensive regression and user acceptance testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features.
Sound commercial understanding, translating that to what creates value and what does not.
