Key Role Responsibilities Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships. Analyse customer requests to assess technical feasibility and recommend suitable solutions. Source products globally and generate competitive quotations that meet customer specifications. Negotiate supplier terms to secure the best value. Provide responsive technical and commercial support throughout the quoting and ordering process. Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with detailed customer procedures and quality standards. Consistently meet personal KPIs and team sales targets. Key Attributes Required We're open to candidates with some experience in procurement or sourcing, but are equally keen to meet individuals with the right mindset and soft skills: Hardworking and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Excellent work management and task prioritisation. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Clear communicator – both verbally and in writing (phone and email). Resilient problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first approach. Salary & Package Base salary: £27,000 – £29,000 Bonus: Up to £1,000 per month (team-based, awarded post 6-month probation)
