MATH Arts & Brands is a leading independent sponsorship brokerage agency based in London and Berlin. We serve the Entertainment, Arts and charity sectors by sourcing and negotiating sponsorship deals and partnerships with the world’s leading brands. Our clients have ranged from Somerset House through to London Warehouse Events, from The Association of Illustrators through to 2000trees Festival. We are seeking a CRM Manager to manage our outbound marketing initiatives for agency sales. This position requires a detail-oriented individual passionate about closing new business with creative and cultural organisations. Your role will involve ensuring seamless customer relationship management and optimizing the entire sales pipeline.

CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring lead accuracy and comprehensive data tracking.
Lead Tracking and Pipeline Management: Track leads from various sources, categorize them, and monitor their progression through the sales funnel.
Outbound Marketing: Develop and execute targeted outbound marketing strategies to generate interest in our services.
List Management: Manage unsubscribed lists, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Sales Queries: Field all incoming queries relating to the sales process and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.

Proven experience with CRM software and marketing tools, including mail merging and Gmail management
