"The primary purpose of the Technical Field Service Engineer is to deliver on-site technical support across the complete range of LES sold Mitsubishi Electric products, both current and existing. On-site support is generally provided in four key areas which are commissioning, health checks, fault finding and investigative works.
Our goal is to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and to be a solutions provider in all areas of the role. The role requires a good level of technical competence, industry experience and working knowledge in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Act in a polite and courteous manner always, providing exceptional levels of customer support when dealing with customers, both on and off site.
Always comply with Health & Safety in the course of your duties and support the administration team in the creation of risk assessments and method statements that adhere to this.
When liaising with other areas of the business engage positively with outcomes focused on customer centricity and a 'best in industry’ service.
NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and can demonstrate safe working practices.
Clean Driving License.
