Job Details: CRM, Technology and Ops Manager
Job Title CRM, Technology and Ops Manager Job Description The CRM, Technology and Ops Manager role is the “glue” between teams inside and outside the sales/services function. Capture and define the services and sales requirements that are needed to correctly use Salesforce while being consistent with the global standard. Increase user adoption through enablement/communication material, creating and updating playbooks, on demand content. 3-5 years experience with Salesforce (deep understanding of)
•Experience with other CRMs advantageous
•Any experience with other technologies will be appreciated: Docusign, Outreach, Timetrade, Jira, Service Now…
•Salesforce Certifications advantageous
