£13.50-£16.00

7.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Demonstrate good safety behaviours in the workplace; ensure all rules / standards and procedures are adhered to at all times; wear correct personal protective equipment.
* Fabricate a range of assembly types to specification, working from fabrication or engineering drawings
* Produce high quality parts in high variety and volume in a target-driven environment
* Carry out fabrication inspections, identify defects and take appropriate action to rectify them
* Meet production targets while maximising efficiency
* Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts
* Work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement ideas
* To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
* To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required to ensure successful delivery of all ongoing works within the company workstream

*Essential:*
* Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and measuring tools
* Demonstrate basic understanding of fabrication and use of jigs
* 2+ years relevant experience
* Experience of working on own initiative and acting to resolve any issues impacting upon performance
* Knowledge of Health & Safety
* Willing to work overtime if required
