We are seeking a talented and experienced Midweight Graphic Designer to join our creative team, working with brands like Formula 1®, UFC, MotoGP™ and more. Memento Exclusives is the leading provider of high-end memorabilia and manufacturing, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers, celebrating the excitement and passion of Formula1 racing and other sports - and you would play a crucial part in this journey.
As an in-house Midweight Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and executing visual design solutions that elevate our brand and resonate with our target audience. This position offers the opportunity to take on more responsibility and contribute creatively to a wide range of design projects for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with our creative team to create visually compelling assets and content
- Create designs that respond beautifully to all devices
- Ensure all digital creatives produced are on brand, accessible, meets best practice standards
- Become a key stakeholder in the strategic development of innovative digital projects and campaigns
- Effectively manage your own workflow to deliver to deadline
- Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices
- Actively participate in design critiques and be open to constructive feedback
- Organise and maintain digital files, ensuring that all design assets are easily accessible
The Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Is a strong creative and conceptual thinker
- Understands key design principles
- Has excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage workload
- Has pixel perfect attention to detail
- Possesses the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment or agency setting is preferred
