We are in the process of launching of a brand-new department focused on social media management services, designed to help clients boost their online presence with tailored strategies and impactful visual content.
Role Description
Scouting Prints Ltd is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer for a commission-based remote position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role within a year. As a key player in this very new and dynamic department, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction and success of our social media management services.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling social media content tailored to each client's brand and target audience. You will design graphics for various social media platforms, develop branding materials, and ensure all visual content aligns with each client’s marketing goals. This role offers the chance to grow with the department as it expands.
Working closely with the internal social media manager and other team members, you will translate client briefs and social media strategies into engaging visual designs. In this commission-based role, your earnings will be directly tied to the success of the projects you contribute to, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position as the department grows.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise in social media design.
- Extensive experience in Logo Design and Branding, with a deep understanding of maintaining brand consistency across different platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Typography, with an ability to select fonts and styles that enhance the overall design.
- High proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant applications.
- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of developing innovative design solutions that meet client objectives.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all designs are polished, professional, and error-free.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively within a small team.
- Previous experience in designing for social media platforms, with an understanding of the specific requirements and best practices for each platform.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, contributing to the growth of a new department.
