Finance Manager – up to £65,000 – Ramsbury, Wiltshire The Role
Do you have the experience and skills to lead a finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment? As a Finance Manager at Gentell, you will lead the transactional accounting team at our Ramsbury site. You will play a key role in providing real-time financial support to the Management Team, driving decisions that impact the success of the site. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports, as well as continuous improvement of processes.
Lead and develop the transactional accounting team.
Partner with the Management Team to provide financial analysis and support.
Oversee year-end reporting and manage legal entity audits.
Maintain a robust control environment within finance and across the business.
Provide hands-on support during busy periods, including cash and invoice postings, VAT, and ad-hoc duties.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and manage projects as required.
Gentell is a trusted name in the manufacturing industry, delivering high-quality products to our clients. Has experience managing teams in a finance role.
Possesses strong technical accounting skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Is familiar with ERP systems like SAP, SAGE, or BCP.
Experience with system implementation.
Willingness to travel as required.
