The business has recently undergone changes in its ownership and governance, making this an excellent time to join the established business set for expansion and growth, in a hands-on, autonomous position.

Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Controller or Finance Manager to lead and develop the local accounting team as well as partner with the Senior Leadership Team to drive commercially focused decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the local accounting team in a motivational and supervisory capacity.
  • Business partner with operational leadership to aid commercial decision-making.
  • Ensure a robust control environment within finance and the wider business.

Requirements

  • Competitive base salary of £65,000.
  • Car allowance (cash).
