The role

Joining an ambitious and motivated team, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns that deliver results. The ultimate goal of the marketing department is to drive profit and promote products and services through coordinated marketing campaigns, active research, and data development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand awareness across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies (designers, copywriters, printers, etc.) to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns , including writing content, scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Support the development of marketing materials , such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination , including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Stay updated with industry trends , competitor analysis, and emerging marketing technologies to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Have experience with design software like Canva and InDesign

  • Be skilled in content writing
  • Have a good understanding of GDPR
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have a good understanding of business challenges, competitor challenges, target audiences and marketing opportunities.
