What You'll Do: Lead Online Success: Manage and grow product listings across multiple platforms, launching new channels and maximising visibility. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Controller to align e-commerce activity with trade plans and business goals. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse pricing, approve invoices, and use your finance system expertise to inform commercial strategy. Client Partnership: Own client reporting, lead review meetings, and provide expert guidance to help clients thrive in the digital marketplace. Portfolio Management: Monitor account profitability and identify opportunities for cross-retailer growth. Innovate & Improve: Proactively assess processes, solve problems, and implement smarter ways of working. What You'll Bring: At least 2 years' experience in e-commerce, with hands-on exposure to both 1P and 3P environments. Proven ability to manage accounts, deliver on KPIs, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, count formulas) and strong PowerPoint presentation abilities. Commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a drive to find practical solutions.
