We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Estimating skills to join our forward-thinking team to help deliver our strategic priorities. This position is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced organisation committed to operational excellence in a very positive friendly environment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will drive all commercial aspects including procurement, tender-winning, risk, contract administration and sub-contract management. The role will include an element of estimating in assisting the sales team producing very high quality detailed quotations. The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying and be able to demonstrate evidence of significant Career Long Professional Learning (CLPL).
  • Have at least a minimum of 5-years post qualification surveying experience working in a construction or building services environment.
  • Be an excellent team-player and negotiator with effective communication skills and able to generate reports to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Be determined to succeed with a positive “can-do” attitude and able to engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels
  • Must have Quantity Surveying experience or Qualification
