The Project As an accomplished Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing nationwide civils projects ranging from £500k to £15m in value, nationwide. The Role
  • Job Title: Site Manager

Duties
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Update and maintain progress reports
  • Executing and upholding company protocols and guidelines
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction activities on site
  • Identify project related issues and oversee they are solved efficiently
  • Overseeing and ensuring the upkeep of site facilities and equipment
  • Manage and provide support and guidance to the groundworks team
  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring efficient progress
  • Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers
  • Ensure tasks are accomplished according to schedule and within financial plan
  • Carry out consistent inspections to verify quality standards are significantly met
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, whilst upholding a secure work environment
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, including procurement of materials and equipment
  • Monitor work quality and ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and client expectations
  • Stay in regular contact with your team, engaging in ongoing discussions about project updates and handling any issues that may arise
  • Maintain precise documentation of site operations, encompassing progress updates, safety evaluations, and daily records
